PAYMENT POLICY

1. Package / Participation must be confirmed at least 5 days before planned date of departure.
2. 50% Advance / Registration payment mandatory for tour / participation confirmation.
3. Remaining payment to be paid prior to the time of tour departure.
4. Payment can be made in cash or transferred to the official bank account.
5. Any expenses incurred, during or before tour completion, due to utilization of services, intentionally or unintentionally, other than those purchased by the guests, must be cleared during the tour by the guests themselves or in case of unavailability/shortage of capital, for any reason, must be reimbursed to the organization before tour completion.
6. Final invoice will be provided to the participants at the end of tour; after payment of all the pending dues (if any) by the participants.
7. Invoices provided by the organization are computer generated & hence require no signatures or stamps.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customized tour cancellation OR Scheduled tour participation related cancellation must be informed to the organization at least 3 days before planned tour departure date.
2. Any payments made to the vendors by the organization, on behalf of the participant(s), for necessary tour arrangements e.g. vehicle rents, accommodation & stay charges etc. are non‐refundable.
3. In case of customized tour cancellation by the organization, due to factors not in control of the organization e.g. Natural Disasters, Political Unrest etc., 50 % of the payment done by the participant(s) will be refunded, in case no payment made by the organization to the relevant vendors for tour related expenses.
4. In case of customized tour cancellation by the participant(s), due to any personal reasons of the participant(s), 50 % of the payment done by the participant(s) will be refunded.
5. In case the scheduled tour is cancelled by the organization, due to factors not in control of the organization e.g. Low number of participants, Natural Disasters, Political Unrest etc., 100 % of the Registration Fees paid by the participant(s) will be refunded, in case no payment made by the organization to the relevant vendors for tour related expenses.
6. Participant(s) must inform the organization regarding failure to join the scheduled tour, atleast 3 days before the planned departure date, failing which will result in 100 % of the Registration Fees paid by the participant(s) to be held by the organization.
7. In case the participant(s) cancels the plan to join the scheduled tour & informs the organization 3 or more days before tour departure date, due to any personal reasons of the participant(s), 50 % of the Registration Fees paid by the participant(s) will be refunded, in case no payment made by the organization to the relevant vendors for tour related expenses.
8. Any refund payments due on the organization, will be processed within 15 working days after refund claim date, in case the refund claim stands valid.
